Check in and welcome guests, manage attendance, and distribute materials
Assist with room layout, signage, seating, and materials before the event
Assist vendors with load-in, table setup and direction to check in
Help with cleanup, packing, and restoring the space after the event
Donate materials or supplies and or provide food, refreshments or sponsor catering.
